Come, unwind and relax in a beautiful serene country setting nestled in the midst of Amish country. We have some of the most amazing sunsets ever for you to enjoy from your front patio.

We are minutes from local attractions . Among them are The Worlds largest Cuckoo clock, The Farm at Walnut Creek, Walnut Creek Amish flea market, Berlin’s shops, antique malls, and restaurants, Rebecca‘s Bistro in Walnut Creek, Walnut Creek Cheese, the Ohio star theater at Dutch Valley, the Age of Steam Roundhouse, and Berlins Amish Country Theater. Black Gold Golf Course. And many more..
If you enjoy tasting local wines
there are multiple wineries within 10 miles. We have Breitenbach Winery, Winetagious Winery, Han’s Place , Silver Moon and Baltic Mills. There are also some breweries within 20 to 30 minutes. The Wooly Pig and Hoodletown are two of the favorites.

If you are a bird lover we have a purple martin colony on the property. The birds usually arrive late March and leave mid August.
They are really entertaining to sit and watch.

We offer one bedroom with a king mattress and a full bathroom with a shower and plenty of drawer and closet space for your travel accessories.

Love this place!
Sunset views is the right name! The sunsets are gorgeous, we enjoyed the sunset every night, but it's so much more! The house is super clean and had everything we needed. Mike and Regina are so friendly and helpful.

A Perfect Getaway in Dutch Valley!
We recently stayed at Mike and Regina’s Vrbo, and it was truly a fantastic experience! The peaceful surroundings and fresh air made it so easy to relax and unwind. We both enjoyed amazing nights of sleep thanks to the comfortable bed and quiet environment. The furnishings are top-notch, offering a cozy atmosphere and everything we needed was provided. The space was immaculately clean and well-stocked, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of my favorite features was the garage—it redefines the meaning of "on-prem parking"! It added an extra layer of convenience and safety that you don’t often get with vacation rentals. We also loved the personal touch of the guest book, where we were able to leave our own note, joining the handwritten stories of other happy guests. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for comfort, relaxation, and thoughtful details in every corner!

Perfect peaceful getaway
This is our second time staying at this beautiful property. The property is clean, quiet and so peaceful! The views were spectacular! We decided to stay in on the second day of our stay and cook, and we had everything that we needed. This has turned into our home away from home and we will definitely return soon!

Beautiful way to relax
We had the privilege of staying at Mike and Regina's “Sunset Views” for three nights during our vacation to Eastern Ohio. It was a wonderful place. Not only was the inside and out Immaculately clean (right down to the garage floors!) but it is beautifully decorated and very well stocked. It has Tons of storage (I kept thinking that we should stay for a much longer time) and the rooms are exceptionally spacious. Having an attached garage was very nice. The water pressure was excellent - no wimpy showers here! The front porch is a pleasure to sit on with the meticulous flower bed at your feet and the rolling hills in the distance. It is obvious that the entire home was thoughtfully planned and prepared with care. They even included USB - A charging ports throughout the house in wall outlets and on furnishings. Thank you so much for this wonderful home away from home, Guys!

We are spoiled!
Our only complaint is that this was our first stay at a VRBO and the bar as been set so hight we are sure that all future stays at others will be disappointing by comparison. We had everything we needed and many things we didn't! Our hosts not only have an amazing attitude towards guests, they have a unique ability to know what will increase their comfort and enjoyment. I recommend their property with no hesitancy!

Beautiful and immaculate in a great location!
If I could give this property a rating of 10 or above I would do that! Regina was very hospitable when we met her briefly upon arriving! We have been to this area several times so of course we enjoy visiting; however, the accommodations were above expectations! This property was the best vacation rental that we have ever stayed at and we have rented several properties in the past! We came home and shared with our family our experience and they look forward to renting in the future! We will definitely be back! Thank you Regina and Mike for such a lovely place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings!

Beautiful apartment in amish country. We found this cozy apartment to be exceptionally clean, well stocked and centrally located. It provided a quiet, peaceful get away for my husband and I, and we highly recommend this property if you are considering it. The sunsets were amazing!

A Little Slice of Quiet.
The Dawdy Haus was just the right size for me. It had a full fridge and a 5-burner stove! I can honestly say I have never stayed in a cleaner place. The horses across the road in the pasture were a nice bonus to watch. Everything was comfortable.

Amish Getaway
Stayed Sept 8-12 very clean and well maintained condo. Great water pressure in shower and comfortable King bed. Also has full kitchen which includes all the little extras you need for your stay. Perfect location for all the Amish attractions in the area. Very peaceful country setting which includes beautiful sunsets! My husband loved having a private attached garage to park the car in. Mike and Regina were great host’s and we will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Relaxing, Clean Stay
We stayed at this beautiful, clean home September 1 - September 3, 2023. We visit and stay at different cabins in the Amish Country at least once a month and this has been by far our favorite. From the convenience of the garage, the clean updated inside, to the quiet beautiful outdoors and watching the humming birds, we enjoyed ourselves to the fullest! We are planning to make this our new home away from home and will be booking here again very soon!

Wonderful Stay!
We wanted to spend the weekend in Ohio's Amish country and this property was perfect. I hesitate to tell others about it, because I want to save it for myself! It is beautifully situated on a hilltop with amazing views and sunsets. We watched Amish horse-drawn buggies pass by on the road in front. It gave us easy access to all the little towns nearby. Mike and Regina were so nice to talk with, provided us with everything we could have possibly wanted, and asked if there was anything else they could do for us. We loved the furnishings and amenities, and having a garage was a bonus. We will definitely stay here again - soon I hope!
