"We stayed here for a weekend while at Okemo and the staff was friendly, the hotel clean, rooms large and beds comfortable. The pool was very nice and warm! The breakfast was perfect with a variety of items including make your own waffles. I would recommend this hotel especially if traveling with children. "

"The scenic location and cleanliness of this home was fantastic. As is the case with most things, we did have a few hiccups settling in. When we first arrived, there was an issue with the basement toilet and one of the queen beds did not have sheets on it. The cleaning crew was there within the hour to remedy the situation (and came the next day with a basket of treats). We thought there was an issue with the plumbing (there really wasn't -- my son had the shower on the wrong setting) and a plumber was sent out within the hour. The next day, the power when out in one of the bathrooms which tripped the other s and again, an electrician was sent out immediately. The coffee maker gave our coffee an unusual taste and Corey the property manager delivered a brand new one. We can't say enough about how responsive and apologetic everyone was. I definitely recommend this home to anyone interested in visiting Sunapee. We really appreciated your efforts!!"
