"Check in was unbearably slow. 45 minutes I was stood there while the front office staff meandered through check in, one lady took that long to check in 1 set of guests. No idea why but it was the last thing you want after a long day of travel. One other guy was walking around like a headless chicken at one stage. Sort it out! Was a bad start to my stay"

"The stay was good until it came to check out time. My confirmation email note. That check out time was noon. I re-verified the time that morning. The room phone rings around 1145am & the desk receptionist told me check out was 11am! I told her the time given to me was noon. She said “no it’s 11am”. I didn’t have the energy to argue & I told her I am leaving soon. I finished gathering my items & before I can leave the room around 7-10minutes the room phone begins to ring again. I don’t answer...
