This 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom getaway has everything you need for the perfect relaxing stay. The bright and sunny beach decor is inviting and the scene from the street side decks reveals uninhibited ocean views from both levels. The natural light throughout is beautiful streaming in from the many windows facing the front and back of the home. The inverted floor plan helps maximize those views! The kitchen is spacious and welcoming with stainless steel appliances, bar seating for 2, and a dining table that seats 8. The large sectional sofa will be the perfect spot in the living room for movie night! The outside shower is perfect after a day in the sun and sand as well as access to a large fenced-in backyard for games and enjoying the ocean breezes.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality!' Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

​​​​​​​This owner also provides bath towel sets (one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience. Beach and pool towels are not included.

This lovely home is located in the Winding River community on Holden Beach, so there is access to the Winding River Oceanfront clubhouse and community pool (located across the street at 162 Ocean Blvd East). Not only is there an oceanfront swimming pool to enjoy (Easter through October), but there are restrooms with shower facilities, a gathering room with a microwave, and private beach access. Also, included in your stay is the use of the Winding River Seaside Marina. There are four day-dock slips (first come, first serve) connected to the clubhouse via a short walk on the community boardwalk. Enjoy all this island community has to offer! No smoking and no pets. Occupancy is limited to 10.
