"It was an amazing experience from start to finish. All the hotel employees were super attentive and everyone helped to try and keep my children entertained and safe when necessary. The kitchen employees and chef were great, they were able arrange for some vegan food to be available for me, and gave me the needed time to be able to eat my breakfast and dinner with children in tow. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone, so much so I want to stay here on my second trip to Surat in a few weeks rather than my children’s family home. "

The quality of the restaurant and service from the wait staff and reception was top notch and there were food options for everyone in the family. Room service was great as well along with the laundry service we used multiple times."

"We Booked a Single Twin bed Room, which was not provided. The WiFi was not working Properly. We came from the UK and did not have an India SIM. It became highly difficult for us to communicate with our family and members here in India. "

The staff were always ready to assist and very helpful The only feedback I have is that they can improve more on maintaining a higher standard of cleanliness.
