"Property was great, the best located hotel on surfers. staff friendly, the only bugbear was the elevators. They all didn’t seem to operate efficiently. On peak periods you can be waiting 20 minutes to get one. I had a big delay at checkout trying to get a lift down. Fortunately the concierge was great and helped out in the situation "
