"Front desk ladies were very kind and helpful. My room wasn’t ready and they offered an upgraded room for an extra charge by the beach Oceanside. I like the room equipped with a kitchenette however there was no pots or even plastic cups in the rooms. I was told that those items would be available upon request. I understand the pots, but plastic cups?? Even in the bathroom to brush your teeth, should have been available. The place is great for a quick getaway nevertheless I would come back."

Also she let me stay few more hours because my flight was late in the evening, and I really appreciate her understanding. "The one bedroom apartment was perfect for me and my teenager. The kitchen had the pots/pans/plates/cups/silverware/etc that we needed. The apartment was spacious for us. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable enough, but the sofa in the family room needs to be replaced. It has obvious signs of wear and made noise whenever you sat down, stood up, etc. The fitness room is great, and the pool amazing. I wish the property had let us know that the hot tub was out of order, but I suppose that...

"The staff was very nice and professional (I loved Amy, Kevin, and Ignacio). The lobby is beautiful, affordable, and in a Great location. Lounge chairs are comfortable, and there are plenty on the beach. Our room was huge, and the terrace faced the beach. They definitely need new couches and better Wi-Fi that connects to the TV.
