"Exceptional customer service. Everyone at this hotel is welcoming and very helpful. The people who work here really elevate the experience. Too convenient not to book here when flying in or out of Vancouver. Takes the stress out of getting to the airport on time or worrying about driving home after a long travel day. Rooms have huge windows with great views. I love the large bathroom with separate shower and soaker tub. With views of planes, luxurious rooms and ample amenities, I find this hotel to be equal parts practical, prestigious and fun! "
