There was an instance where the electricity stopped working on my room, the staff were quickly able to get me switched into a new room and were helpful throughout the whole thing. The staff made extra effort to find parking with their sister hotel. Even did valet service for us by, as we found out at checkout, the GM Marc himself! What a wonderful hotel!
