"I feel the price was reasonable on lastminute.com could be a bit cheaper. I feel $150-$200 would be ok for this property in its position. It has a very nice new feel to the place. "Meriton Hotel Chatswood is very convenience hotel for shopping, public transport and dining options. We always stay Miton Hotel at Chatswood. However, I am not happy with cleanliness. We noticed the floor around dinning and kitchen area is always not cleaned enough. I can feel sticky floor when I walk on the floor. Also, windows are not clean. I stayed city view side. I wanted to take a phot of the misty city from the room, I couldn't take it as the widow grasses are dirty. "

Overall the stay was nice, quiet and convenient although we weren’t able to have dinner in the dining or a drink at the lounge as they were both closed on a Saturday night.
