It offers a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, stove, microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle, along with all your cooking essentials.
The living space includes a large couch and Smart TV for all your entertainment needs. There is cupboard space for storing your belongings and a desk that can be used as a breakfast bar or work station where you can catch up on emails.
The luxurious queen-sized bed and single bed are topped with hotel-style linens to ensure a good night's sleep. It features bed side tables and reading lights.
In the bathroom, you can expect a shower, toilet and vanity with complimentary toiletries to use during your stay. There is a communal laundry with washing machines and dryer available to use.
Please note there are a few parking spaces located directly outside the apartment building. These are available on a first come first serve basis. There is also free street parking on weekends and overnight.

ADDITIONAL RULES:
*As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.
*This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is THREE people. If you would like to have day visitors, please reach out to us first for approval.
*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine.
*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering out the front of the building or in the common areas. Please respect our home and neighbours. We ask for minimal noise in the common areas, especially after 9 pm.
*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.
*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.
*Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions
- Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away.
- This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests.
- Please note that there may be a surcharge to change the dates.
- Any changes to bookings are subject to approval and we ask all guests to reach out to us first.
THINGS TO KNOW:
*Parking: There are a few parking spots located directly outside the apartment, please note these space as not guaranteed as its on a first come first serve basis.
*Additionally, there is free Street parking on weekend and overnight. Please note parking is limited to 2 hours from 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
* We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.
