"Stayed for 4 nights with the family (4), everything was very good, could see certain things were ageing e.g. same fittings/furniture from when I last visited almost 10 years ago but everything worked and served as a good base from which to see the city. The location is ideal and the staff were very attentive, could not fault the service."

"Front desk check in was great. Olivia was fantastic. Modern and clean lobby and room 2920 Lots of lobby seating. Located on George street, it has excellent walking access to financial district, high end stores, Chinatown and opera house/ royal botanical gardens. Short walk to museum station where you can take the metro to the airport. Room 2920 was spacious and plenty of room. Separate shower and tub. Only negative is that the bed seemed really worn and had a big dip in the middle. Highly recommend mattress replacement. "
