"The location is amazing, as is the host. The downside is how outdated and under maintained the house is. The site says infers it is recently updated but that’s just a new floor (poor quality) and new countertops. The screen doors on the sliding door are broke, huge cobwebs in the top of the ceiling, the basement screen door is held closed with a rock, the laundry is creepy, etc. The trees are overgrown, and no drapes for privacy in the second property. "Everything was neat, clean and well appointed. We had a couple little issues that were quickly taken care of though. The automatic code for entrance didn’t work, so we were delayed in getting into the apartment. The other was that the heat was shared by all tenants and we had no heat most mornings (which was cold for us).. Again the owner rectified it as she was able. Highly recommend this accommodation!"

The closest other property that has inhabitants is about 500 yds away.. it's on a little dirt road but it's well maintained and smooth and there's very little traffic.
