"Excellent place for my family to all come together to celebrate the holidays. Open floor plan made spending time together easy and fun. The four bedrooms made it easy for our out of town relatives to stay, and still get to see the rest of the family without being scrunched into a small space. Waking up to the view of the river was great...even tho it was a mere 3 degrees out! Would highly recommend, and may be staying there again next year!!!"

"Very clean - nice bedding and furniture - well appointed kitchen - stocked with soap, cleaning supplies and paper goods - all appliances are new - wonderful neighborhood - close to shopping - perfect pick for a long weekend to visit the area. Resident neighbors were friendly and welcoming. "

Nick was always available for any questions and even came over when we unplugged the wifi modem without realizing. The house is adorable and very clean, and minutes from downtown and SU. "Plenty of room at the house for six adults. Property provided great views at sunset and a great place to have a campfire. We were able to moor our pontoon boat right to the sea wall. House was clean and bathrooms updated. Great bargain for the area."

"A little bit hard to find the entrance that's behind the barn. The whole place was clean. Had a setup that was sufficient to cook or stay for a long time. I was only there for 2 days but the kitchen had an oven and other appliances. Brightly lit during the day from the windows and just a nice little stay."

"We recently stayed here to attend a Syracuse football game. Check in was simple and the instructions came the day before via text. The place had enough space for the 5 of us. Beds were quite uncomfortable. The window AC units caused it to be very loud at night as you could hear outside noises quite clearly. Neighbourhood was not the best but we did not feel unsafe. Overall, home is old and dingy and could use some updates for comfort but is not misleading based on photos. Check out process was...
