"Highly recommend. We stayed here for 6 nights while discovering the history of Sanliurfa travelling from the UK. The reception ladies welcomed us with warm cookies and a superb connecting room. We received a great service as staff were very helpful in our tourism pursuit from calling taxis to offering a local tourism map. We also had access to the pool, sauna & the gym at no additional cost while also offered a 10% discount for the hotel spa treatments. The room cleanliness was great too. The...

"Nice hotel to stay in Mardin, the staff in hotel are so friendly and always ready to help with nice smile and the hotel is clean, special thanks for reception staff Kemal, Aziz, Ersin and Berivan and Ayman in lobby cafe and the security name Ramadhan helped me to get the bus to the airport and the house keeping staff, this all staff who make the hotel great to stay with high quality and comfortable, i'm really appreciate for all this people and all the staff in this hotel :)"

"Beautiful old antep property, a quiet setting close to the bazar, restaurants etc. Car parking is a real challenge if your driving, the streets are very narrow to reach their otopark, however the staff are excellent and where able to take control of our car after we had abandoned it in a safe place after our first failed attempt to drive there. All in all a lovely stay with excellent staff and a good breakfast also. "

Standard Twin Room, Non Smoking (oda 102)

"It is a cozy hotel run by a family. All the staffs are super friendly and helpful. The room condition was good and all the facilities ( TV/Air con/ hair dryer / bed) were very good. There was a spectacular roof top view we enjoyed the sun set very well. They served local traditional breakfast which we enjoyed very much. While it is in the middle of the hill and rental car access is not recommended, they provided special assistance when we drove there and left the hotel. Definitely recommend this...

"The room was too small, the bathroom shower, toilet and sink shared the same small space, and THE WIFI sucked. But, the bed was comfortable, the staff were nice, they took good care of my car and - OMG! - the breakfast was one of the best Turkçe kavaltı I have ever had. So, 5*"

"Nice rooms, varıable service from Receptıon, excellent servıce at breakfast. Be aware the hotel lets out the roof for parties, which can be very noisy. Quite tricky to approach by car because of the one way system. Best possible Urfa view from the common areas."

"Disappointing, given that this is an expensive hotel! They switched our room for a horrible smelly one, and blamed it on Expedia booking ( don't believe it for a second) and one of the manager was incredibly rude. Trying to be a luxury hotel but not quite getting there. Parking nearby difficult, no one to assist with bags, breakfast mediocre. poor lighting in rooms, bad internet, terrible bathroom plumbing."

"I enjoyed this hotel so much when I stayed here twice before. The location and price are excellent. I had stayed on the fourth floor both times before, which was terrific. This time, I was on the second floor, and it was always loud in the rooms on both sides. Unfortunately, it sounded like people were so loud, which made for an unpleasant stay. Still, I will stay here if I come back, but I will ask for a different room. Thanks. "
