"The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation and is within walking distance of several convenience stores. It’s just a quick 15-minute walk to many restaurants and a shopping center. The staff is very helpful and friendly. While the rooms are a bit small, especially with luggage, this is typical for hotels in Tokyo."

"Property was great. Everything was great accommodations. We came in a little early from our flight. Check-in was at three were able to pay and check in at 12 PM. Other than that earlier we weren’t. I should’ve scheduled check in a day earlier, but other than that staff was amazing. Excellent service From the front desk to the cleaning people amazing view. "

"Amazing stay at Tokyo Dome Hotel, easy access to three different subway lines. The staff are incredibly helpful and courteous and the check in and out process was a breeze. The fitness center is on the smaller end. The only downside is because it is next to a stadium, during events at the stadium the elevators tend to get bogged down with line ups, the hotel staff does its best to counter act these effects though. Overall it is definitely a great place to stay"

"Markets next door and across the street. Many restaurants. Must walk through Kabuchicho to get to Shinjuku station, but it is not dangerous. Never felt threatened at all walking through the area."

"It was really close to the Metro Government Building and 10 minute walk to Shinjuku station. You could also walk underground to the station if it’s raining outside but it took us 3 days to figure out how to walk back to the hotel underground. Last day, we finally figured it out. The twin beds room was small and we couldn’t open our luggage on the floor. We had to put it on our bed to get to our luggages. We were only there 5 days so it was fine just for sleep. Very clean, staff spoke English, very helpful and friendly. The area was great and close to everything. "
