"Upon arrival we knew we’d be in for a fabulous relaxing week. We stayed for 4 days. Our kids stayed busy playing on the lake, kayaking, and skipping rocks. When it rained too heavily we took our fun inside and played a few games we brought with and discovered games in the tv stand as well! The inside of the cabin is beautiful and has such charm. "We enjoyed our time here. Very quiet. The public dock was steps away. The restaurant close by was closed, so we had to go into town for food as we thought we’d just eat there. Closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Shelton has some cute places to visit. The Wilde Irish Pub had excellent fish and chips and a full bar. But a lot of shops and restaurants are also closed Monday and Tuesdays. The bathtub in the primary bedroom didn’t have a water spout for a bath, which was odd. But the shower worked fine....

"Our family had the best time at this cabin! It was adorable and had everything needed to cook and make meals for a big crowd. We hung outside most of the time. The outdoor space is the perfect place to eat and play games together. Enjoyed picking blackberries, watching the wildlife, making smores at the fire pit, and playing outdoor games. We took our paddleboards a two minute drive away…just perfect!"

"Amazing place to stay - great views and the house is so cozy! Yiwen immediately was so welcoming and gave us recommendations for the area while providing the parking pass for Lake Cushman (by the way, highly recommend). Our friend also lost his passport after our stay and she immediately replied when I asked about it and was very nice. Overall, can’t do better than a great location and a great host! "

"Stayed 5 nights. Host was fantastic, the property was very comfortable. Like any old cabin there were quarks and the wifi was spotty during the day, sometimes not working at all which made it difficult for me to get a little work done. Luckily this wasn’t a work trip so I never mentioned it to the host or I’m confident if I did, they would have immediately worked to resolve the issue.
