1. A room I got after I checked-in was very smoky smell (cigarette). I saw housekeeper wore a mask when she was cleaning, so she didn't know how room smelt. I suggest all housekeeper should take a mask off when they finish cleaning in order to check smell in the room. Anyway, a woman at reception (around 9pm on November 22, 2019) was very nice, she helped me a lot, and she changed a room for me finally.
2. When I checked out with another woman in the next day (in the morning on November 23), returned the room key, and I asked her to leave my luggages. I stood in front of the counter because I expected to get a tag or something to show when I would come back to get my luggage, then she said "have a seat please". So, I thought she was doing some checked out stuff or my luggage stuff, then I sat at the reception for 5 mins. I felt too long, then I asked her that everything is ok? She said it was done for long time, and she didn't ask me to wait. But, I insisted she said that. She should learn how to communicate when customers check out and leave their luggages. For example, she should have said something like "It's all done", "Thank you", "Have a good day", instead of saying nothing.
3. I have been in Taipei and Taichung many times and stayed in different places. This hotel is only a place where they don't have a tag when I leave luggages or stuff with them. It's NOT secure at all, if you want to leave stuff with them!!
