"Tosei Cocone in Kamakura gave me top-notch service. The staff’s professionalism was enveloped in warm friendliness. They were courteous and efficient. They offered nightly snack of yummy baked rice ball and miso soup. The maid service was available everyday during our four night stays. The hotel was located just five minute walk from JR Kamakura station. Great restaurants, cute boutiques and historical landmarks were within easy walking distance. The room I booked was twin bed room.It was clean...

"Hotel facilities and onset were decent. Hotel lobby is located inside a different building, and it was difficult to get help inside our building. There was a bad smell in the first room we were given, but the staff were kind to change our room. Unfortunately, we were not given an option to purchase breakfast, and there is no food on the island in the morning. Loud noises from vehicles at night and early morning."
