"The complex is reminiscent of army barracks or some sort of prison. The rooms were dubious in regards to cleanliness and all facilities were very old and run down, we had to turn the fridge off cometely as it was making so much noise. The complex is right by a camping spot and main road so all we could hear all night was traffic, car doors slamming and other peoples music through the paper thin Walls. However the girl on reception was very helpful when our Fraser tour was cancelled last minute...

"Place was great to stay at, receptionists were helpful and friendly. They went the extra mile for us. It was our anniversary and had two young kids, they setup a cot for us and provided us with complimentary champagne. Great restaurants within walking distance. Their pool is to die for, very large, warm and clean you can swim without getting cold. The place is also very clean and maintained.
