I take back everything I said.They owe me money couldn't get credit on a weekly note I paid for a studio room and got a regular room without a microwave the fridge barley worked I had to wash my own towels and rags.The back of that property had toilet bowls and wood everywhere.. quiet but not too clean

Overall the property was fine, and I could see us staying again. Cute older Florida building, and we felt safe. However, we had absolutely no hot water, and it was 31 degrees outside; we were unable to take showers. Also, the toilet seat was completely broken and coming off, and the sink/bathroom smelled of pee. We were in a non-smoking room, but the smell of smoke coming through the windows was overwhelming. We could also hear the people downstairs getting it on down there loud and clear.

The front desk staff was super nice and that’s the only good thing about this place. It has a lot of potential with the courtyards and high ceilings, but the sink and shower were so dirty and rundown I didn’t take a bath and went to starbucks to brush my teeth and do other bathroom stuff. I realize that the place was under renovation, but it was still shocking to see the condition of this property. It took a very long time to check in although they were nice. The lobby and rooms had an over The lobby and rooms had an overpowering smell from their cleaning fluids.The outside of the property was in terrible condition and the rooms poorly renovated, and without any appliances. Permanent residences live on the property that were drinking and smoking in the parking lot, which I found very weird. I thought I was staying in a Third World country hotel.
