"This is a good hotel. Our studio was double the size of a standard hotel room, it had king size bed, a desk with chair and lamp, an eating area with stools and great lighting to read by. The staff were attentive and the small pool enjoyable, albeit the water gets quite warm."

This place was rated as 3 stars. If it Wanstead’s late at night, and I had checked the beds first, I would just leave and give up what I paid for another place. "No baggy service for individual/private owner. Guests have to carry own luggage and walk for about 250m from parking lot to accommodation. It was very inconvenient and unexpected for a family with special kid. Upon checking out, guest has to show photos of room, bathroom, toilet, swimming pool, remote controls and keys on door before deposit was refunded. No to poor physical guest service. "
