Was slightly disapointed I wasnt offered a room upgrade after a check in problem took over half an hour to resolve and the hotel was very empty. No bath robe in the room was also disapointin, but the friendly staff and the condition of the hotel still merit 5 stars. "

"My stay at Alila was a mix of satisfaction and disappointment. The hotel had a peaceful and beautiful ambience, creating a calming atmosphere. However, there were some major inconveniences.
