We do not allow pets. We love them but some don't.

This is a fully furnished 2 Bed, 2 Bath condo. The Master Suite takes up the whole upstairs and is an open loft with a walk-in closet, vanity and private bath with walk-in shower. A queen size bed, two dressers to accommodate short stays or long. You have a beautiful view of the Lake from all rooms and are also overlooking the Pool. This spacious 967 Square foot of living space will provide you with a full working kitchen with over the stove microwave and new dishwasher. New fans throughout.
The downstairs bedroom will accommodate all of your needs for guests or children. A second queen size bed with lots of storage for clothing with another huge walk-in closet and beautiful views of the Lake. The living room / dinning room space is great for entertaining. Everything is included. Tennis rackets & balls, pool cue, all utensils, pots & pans, glasses, towels, coffee maker, can opener, assorted knifes, toaster, soaps & shampoos, etc. This condo has a washer and dryer inside the unit. Also included is a fitness center with nautical equipment, tennis courts, racquetball, pool table and a fantastic clubhouse overlooking the Lake.
All utilities included, with wi-fi and cable.
45-60 minutes from Disney and Orlando, 20 minutes from Busch Gardens and Adventure Island. 60 minutes from some of the worlds best beaches including Treasure Island, Siesta Key, Clearwater, St. Pete Beach and many others.
This is a prime location right in the heart of Brandon. The closest main intersection is SR 60 and Parsons. This is a great school district also: Brooker Elementary, Burns Middle and Bloomingdale High School.
You are within walking distance to Brandon Regional Hospital. Close to everything including the Mall, Movie Theater, Restaurants, I-75, I-4, Parks, Library, Little League Baseball (just across the st.), Banks and many other things. This is one of the best condos you will see in Brandon that is currently available. Condo was a bit tired. Positive’s: great view of lake, upstairs loft. Needs improvement: lighting very dim in kitchen and dining area. A bit of musty smell throughout condo when we first arrived. Condo is supposed to sleep 6, yet we were charges for an extra person with 5 staying. Was also supposed to have a blowup mattress but could not be found. Good thing we had one with us. Lastly, cleanong fee was more than the nifhts stay.

Little Lake Condo
The listing was accurate and comfortable. It was convenient to the convention in Tampa I was attending, without being right in town. The view of the lake was nice for my parents to enjoy while I was gone during the day. The only complaint was the table and stool chairs were too high for elderly ones to sit and eat dinner at, so they had to eat in the living room. Other than that, nothing to complain about.

Literally perfect
Tom’s loft is the perfect place if you’re looking to stay near Tampa. It has a great screened in porch with perfect views of the lake, is in a quiet complex and neighborhood, and is extremely comfortable with the loft and tv with streaming services. We will definitely be back, this was our second time and Tom was so helpful.

The place was clean for the most part. There was some smell of pesticide spray in the in the house which was very strong so we had to air our place for a while. The fan in the upstairs bedroom was covered in dust, I had to clean it myself so I could turn it on. Other than that the place was nice and it was not a bad stay.

Great place to stay
Nice location along the water. Spent our evenings and mornings watching the various birds. Even saw a pair of Bald Eagles do a fly-by! The accommodations were perfect for our needs. Everything was clean and well prepared. The directions to find the building were extremely detailed and lead us right to the door. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were well equipped. The kitchen was also well stocked with every tool needed for multiple meals. Communication with the owner was easy and I always received quick responses. The location was great for us. We came from Orlando and visited Clearwater and Siesta Key. All these were easy drives under 90 minutes. The drive back to Orlando International was under 90 minutes as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyable and Peaceful stay
My son and I were so glad we found the loft and lake view for our stay. Away from the hustle of hotel crowds, easy access to the sportsplex, and enjoyed the peace and tranquility of the Loft. The lake has so many different water fowl and a bald eagle even flew overhead. Clean, quiet and restful stay. Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed at Tom’s loft on a trip to visit our daughter who lives in the area. The place was just as it was shown in the listing. Very clean with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the screened porch both early in the morning and in the evening. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit!
