Welcome to your chic bungalow in Tampa's Bayside West neighborhood. This one-level, step-free home has plenty of cozy spots for everyone to enjoy. Step through the front door and you'll immediately notice all the updates, from the ceramic tile wood-look floors to the elegant yet hip and playful furnishings. The main living area features a large sectional sofa and flatscreen TV, a perfect spot to relax while the chef is in the fully-equipped kitchen, cooking up a feast or a snack.

The Space:
Open concept floor plan with plenty of counter space and all the gadgets they need means they'll feel right at home. When it's time to eat, there's a comfortable dining area for six and a breakfast bar. For those working or schooling from home, there's also a desk area.

The enclosed backyard is the perfect place to let your pup roam at this dog-friendly home – and he'll love the included dog toys, bed, and bowls! In the evening, after a day of exploring nearby Old Tampa Bay, choose a spot at the table on your large patio, or gather around the lovely fire pit to watch nightfall. Or, head back inside to the cozy, bohemian den, which features plenty of seating, its own flatscreen TV, and even a private patio out front. When it's time to call it a night, each of the three bedrooms features another flatscreen TV if you just can't sleep. But after a day of exploring Tampa and enjoying this bungalow, you'll likely drift right off to dreamland.

This is a great house, close to the airport, Hyde Park/South Tampa and St. Pete. Nice, walkable neighborhood with all needed conveniences (Publix, etc, close by.)
