The hotel room layout was amazing and spacious. The room service regime I ordered was excellent. My main frustration is with their housekeeping team. They clear the towels everyday and when you get back they forget to replace clean towels - apparently this is a long standing complaint by many guests and the towels don’t get replaced until 09:00am the following day. Which is a really basic amenity. I was really disappointed on seeing how helpless the front office staff were as they were at the mercy of housekeeping! They must fix this issue.

I requested the early check in and room allocated at 12:30pm. Early checkin was not pleasant without mentioning details but after this I got upgraded and allocated family suite at 4 pm to make the things right. Location is great close to mall restaurants transport sea.

The only negative comment my husband and I have is the constant barking of dogs each night until early morning coming from a empty city lot next door to this hotel. The barking can even be heard from the 11th floor with the windows completely shut!

The apartment was spotlessly clean. There was daily housekeeping. We used the washer in the apartment and they provided a rack for drying. It had all amenities we needed. Staff provided excellent and professional service, especially Mohamed and Rashid at the front desk. Pestana is conveniently located within a two minute walk from the main train station. We highly recommend this property. Our top choice in Tangier is Pestana, when we return to the city again!!

Location was good, but is not close to Medina (old town). Close to beach and mall and nice that is next to train station. Overall we enjoyed staying here, only negative is soap dispenser in shower is broken and can’t use soap, not tissues in bathroom, probably the first place I’ve ever stayed at paying over $100 dollars and not get a basic tissue box in bathroom or room. No sponge or dish soap to wash dishes if needed to reuse as only few plates and utensils were provided. Liked the fact there is a washer, frig, microwave, and electric stove in suite. Staff were nice and helpful.

Such great staff and service , the one guy in particular , I believe his name was , Youssani ( apologize if I spell it wrong) was very helpful, going over and above and beyond with offering valet services and concierge when none was part of the rental in the morning walked me over to where the Starbucks was just to be courteous, very polite, and everyone was generally very nice and the property was very clean and white worth it for the money
