"We loved this place the set up a lay out is awesome …. We had toddlers so no fire guard was hard we improvised with the clothes rack. Didn’t need key when we arrived as house was already open which could be unsafe had anyone else went in before we arrived. "Had a great time relaxing here over the weekend, location was perfect for those of was wanting a trip up the mountain and the spa was there for those who wanted to stay in the warmth. The only issue we had was bookabatch not informing us of the code to access the house, we had to call the help centre for crucial info. Wasnt a dealbreaker though, we will definitely stay again given the chamce. "

"Great location and great set up for teens. The actual accommodation is just like the listing. The upstairs area was great for our teenage daughters and their friends and the spa was well used! The weather in Ohakune was not great meaning we could not ski. However girls had no problems occupying themselves. "The property is as listed. Beautiful, well appointed and serene location close enough to everything. BUT it took over 30 minutes and several long distance phone calls to obtain the correct lockbox code to enter the property which was really frustrating after a long day's drive. I hope they sort that out."
