"Extremely Bad: 1. There was a raw sewage smell coming from bathroom drain. 2. The pillows and linen to had a foul odor. 3. There was hair everywhere in the room and bathroom. 4. The bathroom sink faucet did not work, couldn’t even wash my hands. 5. Broken gate motor that left the vehicles unsecured in the parking lot across a busy street. 6. The breakfast spread was average for two days and on the third day breakfast was the bare minimum. We left the hotel and did not even eat breakfast on the fourth day. 7. The hotel denied Expedia a $70.00 refund request for one first night due to (GOL Airlines Severe Weather Delay) arriving a day late."

"Family vacation in Camboriu. Stay 5 nigths at SUBARA hotel. Breakfast was good, diverse every day. All so service was good. Dinner Ok, good service. Reception not the best services, not too informative about town atracction or even transport method, that after 2 days we realice that was for FREE. Passenger.brasaket was given the last day! Clean rooms was not the best. The hotel is remodeling, with noice and worker around, sometime was disturbing. Hotel have has good location, just 2 block diatance from central beach and on the main ave."
