"Had a one night stay following a trip to Hobbiton movie set. Stayed in chalet Frodo which is only a 10-15 min drive from Hobbiton.The chalet is very clean and well appointed. While quite compact it had everything the two of us required for an overnight stay. We had dinner at Osteria restaurant in the main centre which is only a 3 min drive away. Thoroughly recommend Osteria for quality of food, portion size , atmosphere and price"

There are ripped curtains in the bedroom and the shower needs the pressure and door fixed - simple low cost fixes which would make it much better. Owners live on site permanently and people live below the unit in the garage also so you only have the deck to use."
