Did not get voucher from Hotels.com except for $25. Then got scammed by ReservationStays at 1:30am. Had to pay again when arrived at another hotel who knew nothing about new reservation. Now fighting card charge after ruined night of sleep. "

"Did not know it is still under construction. I was in a refurbished room which was comfortable but the closet wasn't completed, there was no clock and the coffee maker wasn't compatible with the coffee pack. Also there was a used wash cloth hanging on the shower curtain. The ice maker on my floor wasn't operational and the breakfast was sub par. Had I known, I would have picked a different hotel. "

"Nice little house with lots of room. Sleeps at least 8 people. The house seems to be a work in process, as missing handles, caulking the bathroom floor etc. Was clean, only one room has closet space. Needed more dishes, pot holders and to go through their shelves. Advertised as pet friendly for both cats and dogs, however a day before we arrived we got instructions to keep the pets off the furniture, not sure how you do that with cats. If we had known this we would have booked else where."

"Aftery a long drive, walking into this oasis was amazing. The owner stayed in contact with me and answered all my questions prior to my stay, but I had no idea how beautiful this home is! We had snacks waiting for us, and after spending hours on the road, they were appreciated more than you can imagine. We felt like we were walking into a 5 star spa and resort. We will definitely be back. Love this place!"
