"A fantastic hotel, aimed very much at adults. Fabulous spa facilities included and many additional treatments available to purchase All members of staff were incredibly attentive and always happy to help Drinks were pricey (eg €8 for a beer) but there are several local bars nearby "

" There is nice blend of intimacy and ease with great staff service. I noticed a guest arriving who required quite a bit of attention and really put the staff member through some work. When all was done, it appeared that the guest was expecting valet service and the staff member took it upon herself to walk the guest to the elevator which was above and beyond what she was expected to do. Only critique, I originally booked a king size bed and discovered two twin size beds. I didn't make a big deal about it as it was during the carnival time which I imagine is very busy"

"This is a really good 5* hotel. It’s got a rather old fashioned interior, but it’s pleasant. Great breakfast! Comfy bed and good bedding. Good gym and spa. Nice pools. Lots of other facilities. Slightly non-customer-focused guy at the reception. "

"The hotel is set at the back of Puerto de la Cruz, but has good views across the town. There is parking, and at the time of writing, the cost was €10 per night. Although parts of the hotel are a little dated, it is clean, and well run. Staff were very friendly. We had the all inclusive. The food was a good variety of Spanish and International cuisine, and there was plenty of choices. The hotel had plenty of amenities, such as gym, tennis court, table tennis, petanque and pool to name a few. The hotelbhas extensive and well maintained gardens. Every evening there was entertainment each from 9-10.30ish, which was usuallya variety act. There is a free bus into town several times a day. The hotel lobby also has a an excursions booth. The room i had was large and clean with daly housemaid service. I really enjoyed the experience of The Blue Sea Jardin."
