"Located in the heart of Tervuren, easy access to shops, cafes, a fantastic playground. Very comfortable beds, very clean. Basic room, spacious, not fancy but has everything you need, including shampoo, conditioner, lotion, drinking water, instant coffee, tea, and water kettle. Perfect for our visit with friends living there. We did not have their breakfast- instead chose Jo Coffee (excellent!) and Au Flan Breton bakery (great!), both a short walk away. "Good: Lovely rooms, we were even upgraded, and one had a sauna! Attentive staff both at reception and also in the bar and restaurant. Car parking nice and easy which was a concern for me beforehand. The not so good: The room booked for 3 people did not have the sofa bed already made up, nor linen for me to do it myself. The shower tray/screen leaked badly and flooded the bathroom floor just inside the door, which was tiled. Hazardous. "
