"A quietly nestled home where we used most of the house. As a newer listing, there may be quirks to the home and or layout, but everything is as described. Comfy, cozy. The backyard didn't get enough use by us because it was chilly, but if it were warm, we'd certainly have been having cocktails by the pool."

"Spring is the perfect time to visit surfside beach! The property was perfect for our family and friends. Plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. Location is fantastic! If you are not familiar with the area, the house is walking distance from a convenient store and pedestrian beach access. My husband and I enjoyed coffee and lunch out on the deck. My son and teenage friends enjoyed the game room and guest room upstairs in the main house. Kitchen had everything we needed. Great quality...
