"This is a nice property within walking distance of the Galway city center. The staff were super friendly. If I had one criticism, the suites with the balconies are a bit overrated/misrepresented. I don't think almost any of them face water -- mine overlooked the cul-de-sac parking area in front of the hotel. There was also no patio furniture or anything else on the balconies (so there was no way to sit out and actually enjoy them, unless you drag a chair from inside your hotel room out). So that was a bit disappointing, considering the extra amount you pay for those rooms. But overall I'd still recommend this place and I'd stay there again!"

"I love The Snug! Right in the middle of Galway City; shops, restaurants, and the Craic at your doorstep. Walk to the Cathedral, UCG, and along the water to Salthill. Perfect Spot."
