All utilities, wi fi internet, cable tv and parking are included. Pets welcome with pet deposit. Short term rentals preferred. Two person max.

Hidden Gem in Laplata
Denise was amazing! Cottage is extremely clean & well kept up. Everything you could possibly need was provided. Yard is gorgeous & very private. The pool looked very clean & refreshing, but we didn’t have time to enjoy it. I would encourage anyone to stay here, we will definitely be renting this again.
