"Absolutely stellar 5 star service. Received a free room upgrade which was a beautiful family suite that was very spacious and clean. Lovely porch with chairs and a nice fire to sit by with other guests, if you choose. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. You can choose to eat at their restaurant for breakfast, lunch or dinner. We had a lovely breakfast on the rooftop that had a beautiful view of the ocean. "We had a wonderful stay at Tidal Retreat. The welcome from Jan and Anneke was very warm and they were incredibly helpful with local knowledge. Our room was most comfortable, great bed and wonderful shower! The property is close to a lovely lagoon with nice views. Our hosts even called us a taxi to go for dinner. The property is located in a lovely quiet area near a golf course, but very close to the amenities and places to explore. Highly recommended. "
