"I was disappointed that this hotel did not still provide free breakfast. The coupon for an appy in the steak house was appreciated though. I have a plugin hybrid vehicle which requires a common 3 pronged plug for overnight charging. This was not available. I have stayed at the Best Western in Vernon and not only did they have a plug for my vehicle, they also had 4 level 2 chargers for fully electric vehicles to use free of charge"

"Loved how clean it was left for us and the communication with the owner couldn't have been better or check in easier. REALLY appreciate how clean it was. Accurate listing about this lower-level, ground floor unit, although there might be a mis-print somewhere buried about there being a queen bed (it's a double). Close to downtown Trail and a 10-15 minute ride up a long hill to the cute town of Rossland."
