Wanted a flatter pillow,as the ones provided were to high for my head and neck,but reception said that the hotel only had the type of pillow provided. Perhaps acquiring a few flatter pillows would be a great help to those with neck problems, otherwise a fantastic stay and excellent breakfasts . Please advise how to get onto your loyalty system. Overall it was fine, the room was very clean and bed was super comfortable. After travelling all over the Netherlands I found the staff to be the least friendly and helpful of anywhere I went which was a little disappointing. They were also all very young so maybe that’s why, they haven’t learned how to be hospitable yet.
