"For the most part, the property is very nice. Some of the rooms are remodeled and some are not. My first room was not remodeled, then I moved to a remodeled room. The issue with both rooms is the the door to the adjacent room is very thin and it sounds like people in the other room are in your room with you. Other than that, the property was nice."

"They were renovating so it was a little irritating because my key card kept deactivating and wouldn't be anywhere near my phone or bank cards but other than that, the staff was wonderful."

"Fireplace was a nice touch... very roomy. Comfortable bed. Hot shower. Plenty of space to hang clothing. Boutique type of hotel with "cottage" or apartment like buildings (2-4 per). Will definitely look to stay here again on our next visit."

"The property was clean and quiet. Parking right outside the door so that was easy. Check in was great and Front desk person was helpful as she provided us a book of all the cool things to do in Mesa. Property offers great value for what you pay to stay. "

"We liked the idea of a room with a kitchen however it does present issue with smells in the building. The biggest issue with the lack of good cleaning practices. We had the room cleaned half way through our stay. The room was not cleaned very well. What was very good were the bed mattresses. The area was filled with great things to do. For sure we would stay in that area again. Please add that they ( Sonesta) charge for parking $5.00 per day."

"Stayed there one night. Dean at the front desk was extremely friendly and professional. Made my check-in easy and fun. Room was super clean. Bed comfortable. Will stay there again. Highly recommend it "
