"I loved the lake in our back patio area. The villa was large and spacious. The employees were very accommodating and very nice. There was a live band by the poolside with heated pool and large jacuzzi. Barbeque area and games to play. T.V. had Hulu, Netflix and Prime. Very nice. Would definitely stay again. "

"Just when we should have received the info for how to get into the apt., we were hacked and emails were blocked. Drove to Palm Desert Sunday afternoon and no hotel, no hotel desk. Telephoned and took about 40 minutes to get a call back. Once we got the bldg. and unit number with lock code, all was great. Fab apt., facing pool, upstairs, #5. Just lovely. But, initially, what a goat rope of frustration and anxiety! But, would rent again. Absolutely, w/o a hack, tho!"
