"We recently stayed at Marsa Malaz Kempinski as a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids), and had a truly fantastic experience from start to finish. The room was spacious, luxurious, and perfect for a family – plenty of room for everyone to relax. The kids (and adults!) especially loved the pools, jacuzzi, and beach area – there’s so much to enjoy. In-room dining was convenient and tasty, with a good range of options. One highlight of our stay was the staff – they were exceptional, especially with the children. A special mention to Elizabeth, who always went the extra mile to make the kids feel welcome and entertained. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. Getting around Doha was easy with Karwa Taxi, and the valet team at the hotel were incredibly helpful – arranging taxis, giving sightseeing recommendations, and always assisting with getting the kids in and out of cars with a smile. We also appreciated the buggy service around the hotel – a nice touch for families. The hotel is well-located near Qanat Quartier, just a 5–7 minute walk away, and we had a lovely breakfast/brunch at the Artist Café nearby. Highly recommend this hotel for families – luxury, comfort, and wonderful service all in one place. We will definitely come back!"

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Old Town Doha, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived to the day I checked out, every detail was handled with care and genuine hospitality. A huge thank you to Ozlem (Duty Manager), whose warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness set the tone for my entire stay. Her kind demeanor and proactive approach made me feel incredibly welcomed and valued. Ismail, the Hotel Manager, also stood out for his visible presence and dedication. It’s clear that he leads by example—his team is attentive, courteous, and clearly takes pride in their work. He checked in on guests personally, which speaks volumes about the service standards here. Willy at the front desk was outstanding—friendly, efficient, and always ready to help. Special thanks as well to Naiomi from housekeeping. My room was always kept spotless throughout my stay, and the thoughtful little touches did not go unnoticed. She was always cheerful and respectful, making sure everything was just right. And lastly a huge thank you to the breakfast and valet team who always welcomed us with a smile and kind words. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, ideally located in Old Town Doha, and offers all the comfort and elegance you’d expect from the Hilton name. But what truly makes this place shine is the team. They turned what would have been a good trip into a truly memorable one!"

"The property is amazing. It exceeded my expectations. The ONLY complaint that I have was the fact that there was a wedding at the property during my stay which made certain facilities, restaurants and other areas of the hotel unavailable during my stay. It would have been nice to learn about this at check in. Traveling with kids for hours and learning, at the last minute, that the restaurants are not available for use due to a wedding was not great. Beyond that, we really enjoyed the stay. "
