"This is an expensive hotel. A very busy hotel. It has access to the beach and it has a nice pool. Downside is the staff use the elevators to transport their cleaning and supplies upstairs to the rooms. Not so great when everyone is coming and going during check in/out. The balconies are partial. You can’t sit on the balconies. The staff really aren’t that friendly. The person on the front desk wouldn’t give any change. Just a no. Not accommodating at all. Not personable. Very slow to...
