"Had a wonderful time at Four Seasons Macau. What made the trip exceptional was Nana from Guest Relations team and her colleagues. After three weeks of travel she made us feel at home, any requests were resolved promptly, efficiently and in a friendly manner. She arranged a celebration cake for my father’s birthday which was very much appreciated. Housekeeping was also exceptional. We look forward to our next visit!"
