"The property was perfect for our family get together. The kitchen was perfect for cooking with the family and you had beautiful views of the beach from the kitchen and living room! We could all fit around the living room and hang out and talk. Just steps from the sand, we played on the beach all day and even got in some hoops at the basketball court! Everyone had their own space in this spacious property and it was just perfect for us!"

"It was a nice place to stay, unique and interesting architecture and layout. I will say the listing made it seem as though the pool and jacuzzi are included and yours to use but they are shared and there is a fee to use/heat. The footsteps of the residents above can be easily heard. Overall was a nice stay and clean property with a welcoming bottle of wine."

"House was cozy furniture looks good but couch is getting older could use replacing. Pool not really heated has solar heater, but just too cold to swim except summer. And overall what we excepted and was cozy and charming. Would come back. "

"Our family had such a nice stay at Logan & Kat’s beautiful guest home. The yard is absolutely gorgeous, relaxing, & serene. The pool & hot tub provided endless entertainment for our three young kids & a relaxing escape for our whole family. Great neighborhood & location. Logan & Kat are accommodating & responsive hosts."

"We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Hosts are very considerate, every detail was taken care of. Prepare for a true ranch life with animals, beautiful country setting. House is a gem of true ranch vibe. Working piano, guitar, TV.Very comfortable amenities, full kitchen and clean bathrooms. Enjoyed jacuzzi and a night fire.We wil be back."

"Just finished a few days at this terrific property. We enjoyed the rooftop breezes from the beach as we watched the sailboats cruise by in the marina and as they headed out to open water.Oxnard is terrific - close enough to L.A. but not nearly the mad pace.We were able to walk to the coffee shop, enjoy the park areas and beach, and the fresh fruit at the farmers market was the freshest imaginable. House was clean and well equipped with the common expected items - so thankful for the warm welcome...

"Wonderful place, couldn't be happier or have been more perfect. Jane's communication was prompt and helpful. House was clean, comfortable, and simply perfect for this couple and a dog. Easily could fit another couple or a family with kids. Short drive to downtown. Walkable to Starbucks or Vons or to some restaurants. Joggable to pier on bikepath by ocean, walk to sunset, coffee on balcony, naps with birds chirping outside, tea by the fire. Peaceful. Simple. Beautiful. Wasn't missing anything we...

"Nice beach house for families . Our grandkids loved all the toys and especially the air hockey game in the garage. Lots of beach stuff for everyone. Kitchen was fully equipped. The host provided cookies tha was a hit!! "
