The layout is quite open, though unfortunately, the master bath is located behind the kitchen, away from the bedrooms. The cabinets and fixtures throughout the house could use an update, but the kitchen appliances are fairly new. Many of the lights in the kitchen and living room were out, making the ambiance of the house quite dim."

Check in was super easy and when I messaged questions before our stay I always received prompt and thorough responses. Our dogs could safely enjoy the deck. Indoors was comfortable and cozy. It was the right amount of secluded while also be close to restaurants and shops — and right next to Sequoia. Spending the day at the park, surrounded by tourists made coming back to this property to relax on the riverbank in seclusion and peace almost made the house itself the primary attraction of this trip. 11/10, would book again. The property owner was pretty prompt with responding to my messages regarding any concerns so thats a plus. Here are my complaints about our stay; we were unable to use the ceiling fan in the master bedroom or turn on the light without the fan because apparently the previous guest lost or stole the fan...
