Hi, I would have given it 5 stars as it was good value for money and the staff were nice BUT the WiFi didn’t work in my room and apparently in the whole section my room was in. I spoke to the man in charge at the reception and he told me- 1) it was my fault, 2) it was my phone’s fault, 3) he would call maintenance. When I asked to change rooms , he admitted the WiFi didn’t work in any of the suites. I said I will take a smaller room than I paid for as I have to work on holiday. He then said the hotel was fully booked. This is total monkey business and unprofessional
