"Hotel has potential of being a true 4 star. I noticed the walls are very dirty unsure what others are doing to have the walls like that as had to change from one room to another that I noticed both rooms had dirty walls "

"This hotel was a great getaway from the busyness of Cartagena! The staff was amazing - they provided complementary cold essential oil towels on the beach and fruit kebabs! The transportation to and from the boat went very smoothly and the hotel agent helped us order a ride back to the walled city after our getaway. The rooms were very nice as well. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing - croissants with gold flakes and endless options were a nice surprise. Honestly the best breakfast buffet we’ve ever had at a resort. The dinner was so-so… we ordered the catch of the day and pizza - both of which would not recommend. Maybe we just got a bad batch. The gym also had great equipment and was a nice vibe. We didn’t make it to any workout classes but it’s nice that they offer that. Overall, highly recommend!! "
