"The property was a mix of old and new. The interiors were well appointed but it is a older building that is maintained well. Parking was a challenge since we did not have reserved parking ahead of time. Location is excellent and close to lots of restaurants and amenities. The riverfront walk is within a couple of minutes of the hotel and is a treat."

"Staff were friendly and helpful, Room was tidy but carpet and curtains and bathroom very out dated and the carpet worn in some places in the room. Location handy but at night time too close to party district as could here the pubs and clubs music till at least 3am"

"Receptionist was very nice and friendly. The elevator is currently broken and we were on 2nd floor and there's a ground level. 3 flights of stairs wasn't the best. Beds were comfortable. The rooms are just above the standard hotel. We didn't check the pool or other common areas. Close to Hobbiton and affordable. "
