"Property was great. Everything was great accommodations. We came in a little early from our flight. Check-in was at three were able to pay and check in at 12 PM. Other than that earlier we weren’t. I should’ve scheduled check in a day earlier, but other than that staff was amazing. Excellent service From the front desk to the cleaning people amazing view. "

"Probably my 3rd or 4th time. Rooms are typical Japanese, small. Cleanliness is perfect. Rooms are comfortable. Their location right off of Terminal 3 departure can't be beat and the Breakfast buffet is well worth it. "

"This area is not as congested with lots of people even though it is Sakura season. Easy to just walk into restaurants to eat vs waiting in line to eat. "

"Amazing stay at Tokyo Dome Hotel, easy access to three different subway lines. The staff are incredibly helpful and courteous and the check in and out process was a breeze. The fitness center is on the smaller end. The only downside is because it is next to a stadium, during events at the stadium the elevators tend to get bogged down with line ups, the hotel staff does its best to counter act these effects though. Overall it is definitely a great place to stay"

"It was really close to the Metro Government Building and 10 minute walk to Shinjuku station. You could also walk underground to the station if it’s raining outside but it took us 3 days to figure out how to walk back to the hotel underground. Last day, we finally figured it out. The twin beds room was small and we couldn’t open our luggage on the floor. We had to put it on our bed to get to our luggages. We were only there 5 days so it was fine just for sleep. Very clean, staff spoke English, very helpful and friendly. The area was great and close to everything. "

"Stumbled on this hotel while planning out our trip and I have to say it was well worth booking. Room was great and staff was very helpful and accomadating. We needed to secure bags so we could travel around Tokyo without having to drag the bags around and the hotel was able to do this for check in and check out. Breakfast was wide ranging so worth paying the extra money. Also having the property next to a main subway hub is very convienient!!"
