This is a very nice hotel, exactly as described. The room is very spacious, beds and bedding great. The traditional Japanese bathroom is perfect, as well as the water closet. We enjoyed having the kitchen facilities and all the washer. It is great value and the location is excellent for moving around the city. First rate.

If you only want a place to sleep, MONday apartments will do. If you want a comfortable place to wind down at the end of the day or take some time in the morning to enjoy a leisurely cup of coffee or breakfast, this is not the place. It is not homey, welcoming or relaxing. It is a room with beds, a bathroom and a washing machine, nothing more. No other furniture save a table with two chairs but it was quite large and in the middle of the (very small) room so we had to push it up against the wall in order to have space to move around. There was no view and hardly any outside light. In a city like Tokyo, with the crowds and hustle and bustle, we didn’t look forward to returning in the evenings even though we were tired. The location is decent, 10 mins to Akihabara Station which can get you anywhere and offers any kind of food you may want, but the neighborhood, while safe, had no charm or personality. In hindsight, a hotel would have been more comfortable but we wanted a washer/dryer. As it turns out, laundry rooms are pretty common in Tokyo hotels, especially the large chains. I searched for a long time for a place to stay in Tokyo, I should have searched harder.

This room was spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids (age 5/10). I love how this was an apartment style hotel. Close to Akihabara train station, which is about 7 mins walking wise. Lots of restaurants nearby that you can’t go wrong eating at. Dryer/washer combo available to use and very convenient. I would stay here again.

The receptionists at the front desk were all so friendly! I liked how our apartment style room had a dryer/washer combo making it very convenient to pack light for our trip. They were also able to store our luggages for 4 days free of charge while we traveled to Osaka and return back for another 2 days before we headed home. Will definitely stay here again!

My husband and I booked the Superior King Room for the two of us, and we thought it was great. There were a couple of small issues that, if fixed, would make it a five-star for me. I would definitely book it again. First impressions: The room was clean and HUGE, equivalent to a small studio apartment. I could fully open my large suitcase on the floor and still have plenty of room to walk around it. I can see it being great for small families or groups. Pros: The service was impeccable. Staff responded to questions quickly. When I had an issue with our door, they fixed it immediately. They also helped with receiving a delivery and scheduling a cab when we needed it. It's only about a 10-minute walk to Akihabara Station. A small grocery store is just down the block, perfect for buying food to cook or eat (you can save on meals!). It felt safe. Access to the rooms was via an elevator that required a code, and the front doors would look around midnight (also accessible via a code), so not just anyone could walk in. Cons: The pillows (oof). There was one small, flat pillow per bed. We had to use the couch cushions to add some support. Even adding an extra pillow would help immensely. There were no instructions for the washing machine. We purposely booked a place with a machine so we could do laundry. I'm not so arrogant as to ask for full instructions in English, but even a small diagram explaining the buttons would have helped.
